I also meant to mention the champs i have the most trouble with-
A well played ezreal will absolutely destroy me on every champ, in every situation.
Cho gath as well
Ashe and teemo with halfway decent players can be a problem for me
A good jax kills everyone...and used to make me ragequit during his free week.
Akali wrecks my low hp champs
I can never kill singed, but with good players it's certain death if i get close.

My only suggestion is don't do ranked yet. Seriously, you need more experience, more champs and more versatility. If you do a lot of ranked now you'll either need to get carried or you'll probably get dragged down to low elo, get pissed and start doing things half-heartedly, which will fail you even harder.

Pretty new to LOL, been about 3 weeks now. I played a lot of bots initially, but working on getting better at pvp. I'll try to give as much info as possible here.
I've been reading this site for builds since a week after i started playing, and they've helped ALOT.
Mainly, this is another champ selection thread, but i'll give you my past experiences too.
First off, i'm pretty bad at last hitting, so i love AOE spells with low cooldowns. I'm working anproblem, and have gotten a lot better...i think.
the things i look for in a champ, in order of priority are: good escape, able to aoe farm minions, strong mid game (stage, not position), gapcloser.
Malzahar- i really like his e for farming, but the 2 skill shots were very tough for a new player.
Teemo- my strongest champ...but he is a bit op anyways. Love everything about him, but i just cant kill people fast enough with him. Plus, i'm a little burned out on him.
Veigar - not my cup of tea. If i dont get someone with that first combo, i'm dead in the water
Miss fortune - love the speed and power, dont like the hps and weak escape. Fairly strong with her though
Ashe - a little boring to play, but i like that no one can escape....including me.
As you can see, i started with all ranged as i had really bad luck melee.
Nocturne - only played against bots during free week, but i really like his hitpoints and his Q.
Sion - i can never kill anyone unless its late game, i'm fed and use exhaust.
Master yi - probably my favorite champ. Ult is incredible, q is incredible. Usually find myself weak against full hp champs late game. Practically unkillable with the escape and heal, but full AP leaves my autos weak. Plus, he's almost always taken.
Kha zix - bought, only played a few days. I like him, but not more than noc, jax or yi.
Jax - just bought him yesterday. Amazing burst, weak escape...but i didnt know the q could be used on friendlies until this morning. I beat some *** in the 2 games last night...but could have done better.
Soooooo, going off of all that, is there any champ i haven't tried which sounds like they'll suite me, or should i stick with what i have?
Also, i'd love to have a duo partner on a smurf account that can give me some tips and advice while we work up to ranked. Name is mariospeedwagon on NA.
