You should try archive your guide... remake the masteries and runes... and so on... put a little more effort in it.. And the unarchive... I dont wanna vote yet.. I hope this is just a outcast.

I would definitely say Tear of the Goddess is a very situational item on Jayce. If you aren't getting bullied, you should have absolutely no mana problems, due to Lightning Field's passive.
Also, IMO scaling magic resist runes are better than flat magic resist runes, due to the fact that there aren't many AP tops.

those mtg cards suck ****. Only in limited would I ever use them.
