For example you see i coloured the 5 red because I thought you didn't get it. You may only conquer places you are adjecent to. And only ONCE every 24 hours. We can easily see this by the date on the left. Anything else will only get me furious, which results in, well, you'll see. Also Commanders have the Duty to assign their troopers on roles, you'll get PM'd by the candidates. You may turn down people, but they might be assigned to the enemy team.
