Try setting the text to soft light or dodge for example, because then the colour varies and it helps it to integrate and flow better with the sig. You can also achieve this to a certain extent by using a fading out brush to erase little bits of the text. Also, perhaps consider downloading more unique fonts from a place like [url=http://www.dafont.com/]this[/url]. That way, people dont recognize fonts on sigs so the work is more exclusive to you.
