I never said that this build is the best build ever and doesn't have any problems. It also isn't completely terrible whenever her ult fails. The way a lot of my teamfights have been going, bullet time does massive damage and the enemies are too weak to win the fight. Just try it and you will see. If you are worried about it being canceled then stay back or don't use this build that game.

While this guide isn't as terrible as it's rating suggests, it could use some clean up. Youmuu's Ghostblade isn't very good on ranged AD champions, aside from that, making Bullet Time your only source of damage output isn't a good idea. While it makes your ult very strong and gives you a really strong mid game presence, late game you'll fall off without crit and AS. Additionally, it's assuming you actually land your ult on the correct targets

Only buy two armor pen. items when the enemy is really stacking armor. And don't get 3 Bloodthirsters...

You can't do this. AD carries like Miss Fortune and Graves have strong caster kits, and can build attack speed later than most, but you'll eventually need to build attack speed and crit, else you'll be useless late game, when your opposing AD carry is doing massive amounts of DPS.

Why should u even try to build 3 Bloodthirsters on Miss Fortune? This is just stupid, u could buy a Black Cleaver instead.

At least one of them must be good, I recommend you to look at the top rated guides and see how you can improve both your build as your guide.

As a LeBlanc/ Talon player, I can only pray that you do not meet me on the ladder; you are guaranteed to be silenced almost immediately after you begin channeling your ultimate, if you don't die before then.

Aside from the philosophical flaw of making an entire build centered around a long-cooldown ultimate, your build makes MF rather useless when she doesn't have her ultimate up. You do mention this as a downside, so credit to you for recognizing its problems, but I can guarantee you that this will not work against enemies that have a decent team composition and item awareness.

(This does not take into account the fact that your guide is too brief and contains little information that wasn't in the cheat sheet/isn't common sense.)
