I'd recommend Maxing Locus of power second, instead of mage chains. Maxing locus gives you free 40% magic penetration at level 5 on a 4s cooldown. Maxing Mage Chains is only good if you're going for straight damage, as it does nothing for the stun duration, nor the AP scaling. so, when in doubt, Level W.

TL;DR: Max Q, then W, then E, ranking R whenever possible.

I didn't forget. His Passive is in the Ability listings in the profile part and is so simple that it is not worth mentioning in the "Skills and Strategy" section.

I have fixed the coding (figured it all out now) and am adding in pictures progressively where appropriate. I've added a Skills and Strategy Section and will work on Matchups later. :)
Thanks for the input, albeit not on the actual build/guide.

Anyhow, lane matchups.

Also, I correct myself. It has failed my in lane against one champion only. Fizz. Always Fizz with the troll-pole and his dodging everything I throw at him, even when I'm under turret. It sucks, don't use Xerath against Fizz.

The different starting items are dependendent on that, not the entire build. If you're against something like Ahri or Lux for example, you'll want to dodge quite a lot to minimise their poke and harass so I take Boots and Pots. If you are against something not based around skill shots, like an ap Master Yi or Katarina or Akali then you can't do the dodging so boots is not a priority straight away and the Doran's Ring is a better option for start of game sustain.

That's my reasoning behind the different starting items.

Basically, what Meiyjhe said. Too much walls of text. Also your tittle is longer than it can be.

Finally, it's not because your enemy doesn't have a skillshot that he can't harass you. For example, Elise, AP Master Yi can harass a lot and have no skillshots.

Need to add space between skill words. :S locusofpower -> locus of power.

np, if you go to the top menu with the following stuff

"Craft Guide" "Builds and guides" "Game Data" etc.

Hold your mouse on Builds and Guides.
You will see many options, but in the bottom left, you will see a tiny section "create a guide"

Since you already started a guide, you don't have to click on that, but below "START GUIDE" you will see 2 options:
* Getting started guide
* BBCoding guide

I recommend you to read both, really :D

The Getting started guide will help a lot with the guide content, structure and stuff.

BBCoding guide will help you using codes and pictures within your guide.

After you read both guides, you are good to go :D

Good luck!
