I -scouted the guide because:

Armor pen marks are sub optimal to attack damage ones
Scaling MR is risky on a really weak early game carry, especially with all the AP supports
Attack damage quint recommendation over 2x lifesteal quints in the cheat-sheet
Boots rush recommendation - plain stupid IMO cause boots don't give any useful stats in lane.

The guide is definitely not bad at all, but I don't feel like it deserves the featured status.

I'm not a big fan of simply because all bonuses are lost while the active is on cooldown, plus it doesn't give you anything besides AS. and are generally much better choice.
