Works REALLY well mid lane! just had some ap and it would be great!

First, an AD Teemo shouldn't need heal. He has life steal (bloodthirster) and doesn't need it.

Just want to point out that Attack speed DOES cap at 2.5 and he's already at 1.08 at lvl 18. You might want to make sure you're not going over that or you're just wasting money.

But honestly, -1 for format and wtf BOTKR on AP Teemo? You realize that's an expensive AD item right? AP Teemo shouldn't need CD either. His longest cooldown is literally 15 seconds >.<

i go with the heal to give teemo a little bit more lane sustain especially in a fight and i actually had another build with a malady but i swapped it out with a blade of a ruined king because teemo uses both ap and ap so the combination of the mask and blade of the ruined king grants him 9% hp% dmg everything else on top of that is just gravy so besides the void staff you can change it however you want

Another thought I had was about the use of heal. Might be better off using Barrier actually as heal can be mitigated by ignites or other heal reduction abilites. Barrier can not be and still provides you with some extra survivability that I assume you are trying to get from heal. Flash is a must..after that I would rank summoner spells for teemo as situational but ignite or barrier if you are going carry and teleport or ghost if you are going support (you can teleport to your shrooms). Heal was better last season if you ask me. Just a thought.

Solid AD item and masteries build for Teemo. Personally though I have found greater success with other AP builds that don't rush liandry's as fast as you are. A combination of Sorcerer's, malady, and nashor's works great for me up front. I do like that you included both though!
