Well you just proved the reason why so many people dislike mobafire. People with no experience can post guides here. No offense, but if you're admitting this you probably shouldn't be making a guide. Otherwise, you need more stuff.

With Annie, last hitting with your Q pretty much takes away from ever needing Mana Regen runes. On another note, I've seen a lot of Annie players starting Incinerate, allowing them to get Pyromania up to max, while standing at base, so they can duel with people in case things get hairy at level 1. Just as long as you provide the idea that it can be done. Otherwise, this looks like a pretty solid guide when explanations are added.
