Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

I still have my teamwork ribbon. Don't know about you. I should also theoretically have the yellow and blue ones too, but the green one was newest so it overrode those >.>

It actually doesn't show newest. It always shows rarest and the non-honorable opponent ribbons all take a combo of the other 3 honors.

Funny how I never talk **** to the enemy team and I never get Honorable opponent. People don't know how to honor anymore. Well at least in silver. I carried my team hard and I got a friendly honor.. WATDAFOkMAN!

I very rarely give honor, lol. It doesn't make any difference whatsoever about anything you'll ever do, so why should I take the time after each game I play to honor people. It does nothing, there's no point to it, it's just a waste of time.

That's why it shows you at least want to put a minimum of effort to let it be known that you appreciated someone.
Honestly if you can't spend 3 seconds to click two buttons, then you shouldn't be playing League at all. After all, why spend 40 minutes playing a game that has no effect on the rest of your life? Right?
Anywho I lost my Red Ribbon and got blue. Just appeared, didn't get a intro like I did for red. Anyone knows what's it mean?
