My feedback:
Sorry but i don't like the runes you chose.
Why not all glyphs AP?
Pick MR Seals! You are going to face the enemy ap carry...
Do not waste this masteriepoint on Scout... Did u read how it changed? the effect is only for a few secconds... and as AP carry you won't buy so many wards... The supporter got his goldrunes and the sightstone to ward the most important points. If u like warding, than do it. ok. but do not waste this point on this **** scout...
The build is ok. I will try it in a normal game to troll a bit. I think it can be funny but not competitive in high elo ranked games...
But this is cool! Watch:
I believe you are mistaken, it is the supports job to ward when possible but it is solely a team effort. It is a very fun build, hope you reconsider.
its a good idea to go mid with blitzcrank, but against some ranged champ he is paper ,..sry
I liked it. Worked pretty nice against alot of champs. And with this build you can pretty much go anywhere except jungle. This is the only build I use on him despite there could be more. this one is trusted.
If you can keep that attitude and use it the right way, you can accomplish great things for this guide.

You cannot ulti when you are lvl 1 :O
Its fun, and in some situations it works.
But you are way to dependant on your turret damage :(
He gets easily destroyed by champs that are able to stay behind minions and damage at the same time.
It is fun, but not very viable I am afraid
No i wasn't high ^^ I actually really thought about it. As i played him first time mid I was just so amazed about his potential that i actually wanted to share with the community. If you liked it pls upvote this guide so others can see it
