Springing bad discussion, which some consider trolling. I just consider it ******ed. And some insulting.
He was constantly trying to provoke people into long discussions by being as unclear with his comments as he possibly could, so that he could start tangents to the discussion off what the other guy said. I.e: he doesn't EVER try to conclude the discussion, he just keeps going off what is being said, again and again and again and again.
When the guy he was discussing with inevitably says something that doesn't make 100% sense (pro tip: everyone makes some kind of a mistake in discussions, sooner or later) he makes fun of them or indirectly insults them.
He also blatantly ignores any problems in his own reasoning.
In essence, he was a guy that always thought he was right. Throw in some trolling and you've got one massive pain in the *** to deal with.
I tried writing to him in private, but even there, when he said he was 100% serious about the things he said, openly saying that he was trolling in the threads, he still used the exact same behavior when discussing as he used when trolling.
I reeeeeaaally tried to get along with the guy, I really tried, but the guy was too massive a ****ing d'bag for me to stand a chance.

They'll simply move onto other prey. Ignoring them is the right answer, however, not everyone is intelligent enough to do that.
Either or, a user should never conduct themselves in that obnoxious of a behavior. There's poking fun, then there's saying inappropriate comments about sensitive topics for the soul sake of causing controversy. That shouldn't be tolerated on here.
