Taric's getting banned because everyone suddenly realized that +30 armor at level 8 to all allies is ******ed.

there's a reason they're testing nerfs on the PBE.

I constantly checked the highest win ratios in platinum Elo for a while via LoLking, and Xerath was always on the top 10 when I checked. He's always been pretty under-rated imo.

Everyone go so caught up with the new Armor pen stuff and league of cleavers that they forgot all of the changes to AP it seems. The Rylais/Liandry's combo is extremely strong, and Liandry's in general is very strong. The penetration changes also helped champions with natural penetration, such as Xerath.
