Btw nice guide Singed is my main. :)
Great guide, i love it and it has renewed singed for me as I was lacking a strong top play vs. the other positions. I'm still fairly new and would love (if you have time) to add you and maybe critique me a little and/or help with gameplay. An earlier post you noted Boxer was your account atm but I can't find it. Perhaps are you using a different one? thanks!
Im currently using Best Singed NA as my main account :)
@Bongstyle: though i am not the author if this magnificent guide i might still be able to help you out here. The Tear recently got a nerf to how fast it can be charged hence you get the benefits of it much slower (about 5-10 minutes slower) which means that building a Rod of Ages means you get tanky and damages faster and benefit more from the Catalyst than the Tear as you gain hp and mana as you level meaning you can stay in lane longer and farm more or gank more or whatever you want to do. It does not have the utility of the shield unfortunately but in the long run early tankiness and damages help more. Games are often decided way before the late game and decided in the early game as such ROA is the way to go since the nerf.
Thats my opinion since i used to get the tear. i also switched like many others to roa. Druiddroid being one of them who made the switch also.
Hope that cleared things up!

Hello Nera!
Thank you for responding to Bongstyle, your response is correct, pre tear nerf RoA and Seraph's were almost equal with a slight advantage going to Seraph's Embrace, however after the nerf RoA is surely a better buy for early and mid game, seraph's does outdo RoA late game for sure tho. I'm happy you think my guide is magnificent! That means a lot :) Check my stream out maybe you'll enjoy more of my content.
Good luck and have fun in whatever you do,
