Hello, I'm experiencing the same problem. It appears that all the servers are down. Every single server is down. Website's have been downed.
I think Riot is fixing their last updates. These update cause lagg, and lot's of people did complain.
If u want to check every single website of Riot, just go to http://www.websitedown.info and fill in the box. It will say if it's only for u.
