Xin Zhao: The Nuclear Bomb
I don't like one thing on this build: the final attack damage. I've seen some builds on the final attack was like 445, if this build want to be a assassin build, you can make some changes about this item. Look at this build for example: http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/xin-zhao-ranked-bot-jungle-solo-top-updatig-7-19-2012-168555, I think you can make some improvements.
The final attack damage on this is not showing correctly because the core has only 4 items in it and i left 2 slots to choose from the items below it. This means it has a lot of hidden potential depending on which items you use. I get 290 to 360 damage depending on the 2 items. Besides with 40% + 54 flat penetration it would far surpass the burst of that 445 build.
Yeah, I was going to say. 9 points in utility doesn't add anything for an assassin-type

Well jungling anyways, non jungling, thats a maybe depending on who needs blue buff the most
this is a full offensive guide, with item cooldown reduction. I dont know if it works, but in theory it sounds great!
Not just info that we know, but something new in masteries and items.
