From what i hear its a litte bit tougher to get your spot. some people who pick first might take the spot even if you call it. That is probably one of many downfalls. Its tough to get a solid team without people *****in at each other.

Its not better, pretty much, if you are in bronze it is not better.
If you get up higher it is more fun because people rage less when you lose and don't blame there entire team every game >.>

Since we're talking about ranked... I'm worried (now that I'm officially level 30) that if I get griefers my elo is going to be in hell... any sure way to avoid this? Perhaps play with friends?
