Your work on coloration could be improved, dark blue especially as it is kinda hard to see. Your basic build is good, and I like that you max Vault first. However, you should work on columns too (just because you can doesn't mean you should).
On the whole, I can see this guide becoming good in the future!

You should max Q first for more poke and more blinds and then W for increased AS and more frequent vision. Max E last because it is your utility and because most of the time you will be using it too run away, not to actually deal damage. (Using it on enemy will generally get you stunned and then killed).
