Those are the most viable I could possibly recommend and the top two arent even that good for anyone, the only thing i recommend 29 in is the utility tree

Like i said, with proper timing in activating your W, you can know when ganks are coming. Before ganks, you should feel that your lane opponent is becoming more aggressive, with that you should know when to activate your W to prevent it. Basically, with practice makes perfect, keep practicing till u get it. Also if their jungle is Evelynn, Rengar, Khazix, WuKong, those that has invi for ganking, you might want to get a pink ward when you first go home to get avarice blade. Another reason you need boots is because you will definitely wont be able to outrun garen Q unless garen don't start with 9pots double wards. Also, always keep an eye on the minimap. If you see their Jungler in other lanes then you can save your W and play more aggressively. If you don't see their Jungler, try to predict when they will come and W in time correctly. Remember Practice Makes Perfect. And since you are range with boots and 3 pots...just keep harrasing them to wear off their potions. If you can get your own Jungler to ganks successfully then even better.

You say always start boots and 3 pots but how do you deal with the sustain of the enemy top laner starting 9pots dbl ward? Don't you fall behind or die to ganks because you don't have any wards?
