Items look perfectly fine, but masteries should be 21/9/0 and runes should be armor seals, mr per level glyphs, armor pen marks, ad quints. Quints and marks can vary in certain situations.

The guide section is a jumbled mess, I understand it's supposed to be quick and simple but you need more organization and better BB coding.

I won't -1 you but I don't blame others for doing so. Very little effort put into this.

Quick guide or not, you will have to explain all basics.

Which is basically your build :P

* Abilities
* Runes
* Masteries
* Items

I kind of have to agree, it is just too rushed and plain with no points that really stand out. It seemed as though you just wanted to put a guide out there without putting much effort in. Also, you need better explanation for your items, saying it is a good item because its good for an adc doesn't help, tell people why one item is better than another or why not to get certain items.
