You might want to go mana-ric, especially due to his great passive.
Get some Muramana n stuff ;D

Also:
Your guide is very white and unstructured.
Change to structure like this so it makes sense:
* Introduction
* Abilities
* Skill Order
* Summoner spells
* Runes
* Masteries
* Items
* Final comments

Bcz, who would put an introduction as a second chapter? :P

There is still a lot to improve, but these are like the first steps.

I just wanna let you know ap taric is totally a thing, but you're just not doing it right :/

That's not what I meant. A good guide will either have a full "typical" build and a situational items build, or each chunk of your build broken down separately with different item choices. For example, a starting items build, a early game build, mid game, late game, etc. I'm just saying to make your cheat sheet more robust and informative.

I don't have the full 6 items because the last item can be so many things, matter how the team comp goes. If you build any character with the same items word from word from a guide then you cant help your team by changing things to the enemies team comp.

THANKS, that's how i like my feed back ,you tried it first, ill try the glacial shroud out it sounds good, and it could replace the hourglass because it does almost the same thing, mana and armor both for W to be stronger early game. I mostly play him this way when he have a top laner like garen or jax.

Tried, pretty good, since it give good ap burst. But i switch mastery for a 9/21/0, with Fury rather than Sorcery.

I prefer Spirit of the Spectral Wraith only if you have someone else who is tanky in your team.

You also need Armor quicker, so i pick Glacial Shroud after your boots, and I build into Frozen Heart or Iceborn Gauntlet.

Finally, item doesn't matter on taric, every item make him outragous ! ;)

you don't even have 6 full items in your build....the rest has already been said.

Im not saying you all are wrong, i just wish you would try it first, ill go try your ways and see if they work better, and if they do ill change it. Thanks for the feedback and trying to make my guide better
