Nasus is too close range and has too little mobility to be not tanky :P
If you are full tank, you still will do a lot of damage, due to your Q.
Even if you go tank, you will have trouble against enemies since Nasus is pure auto-auto attack based.
And since he is always on the front lines and the enemy front lines do not rely so much on auto-attacks anymore, Nasus is not that awesome :P
Still, if you do want to go full crit, remember this:
