No locket and you complete wrigggles
No machete start, wrong skill order, wrong runes
I find this build to work very well. I use it every voli game I play (60-70% of the games ive played this year) and it works great. As Rolling Thunder has been changed in this patch I'm going to be doing some looking at different item setups.
And it does start machete, unless if "no machete start" means i should start with a different item. This skill order works, w with lots of hp makes you a strong early threat, using it on low life enemies assures a kill. Also attack speed works very well on volibear, it helps with early jungle clears and gives better damage output with your ultimate. I havent posted alternate choices yet (was doing that today) but I have ran many many setups and I've found this to work best. But I respect your opinion to downvote.

I'm not gonna laugh yet but are you implying I'm making accounts and voting for my own guide, or asking people to register and vote for me? I mean theres a possibility one of the voli's ive played with and showed my guide registered and voted it but i dont personally know anyone whos upvoted me.

why not start with machetes? what are the advantages of starting out cloth armor instead?
You could start with machete first, was thinking of changing it to that actually, damage bonus probably outweighs the small percent change in armor. It's just something I've normally started with as voli.
