Aren't you that Bronze IV guy who doesn't take a single defensive item on ADC?

Again, no surprises here. Your game understanding IS poor.

Masteries are incorrect outside of the offensive tree, Runes are wtflolnoob on all 3 builds, skilling is ever so slightly incorrect and we are stuck with a few woefully short paragraphs on how to play using .

Lolz at your lack of game knowledge. People are telling you wtf you did wrong and you still don't understand.

Cooldown Reduction has a cap of ~40%. Which means you cannot reduce CDR to less than 40%. If you had an ability with a 10s CD, then with a maximum of 40% CDR, the ability would take 6 seconds to cast again.

Think about it. If CDR could be 100%, then everyone would just take and spam press R and because CDR is 100%, it would never have a CD. This, of course, is ******ed, which is why we have a CDR cap of 40%.

Anyway, that's outside the guide. The guide itself isn't really all that useful.

That's not the point, the point is that you should just focus on improving your game for now, and come back when you have a good understanding of league.

Man, even your "Normal CDR" build goes 10.44% CDR over the cap. I really don't have to explain how hilariously bad this is.

Besides, nobody should be following any of your builds. Your skilling and runes are equally as idiotic, and your masteries are subpar.

"Sigh" well dude I'd recommend you to take a break from making guides and play more league to hopefully improve your knowledge of the game.

Now Let's just think for a second, if you could get 87% cdr, playful trickster at lvl 5 will have a cooldown of around 1.04 seconds.
