I thoroughly enjoyed reading this guide lol! The build is fine for tanky dps gangplank, and there is absolutely no reason to downvote this just because "crit plank is gudder".

I'am a fan of tankplank, but i feel he hasn't been as popular being that Atma's was nerfted from 2% hp to dmg, to 1.5% hp as dmg. The cons on the guide are kinda fluff that you seem to have put in there just have have something fill up the spot, the guide is kinda small.

I agree with GarenLink.

There is absolutely nothing grossly wrong with this guide. I have seen this build in action on enemy players and they do quite well. I am always surprised by just how tanky he can be.

I have already flamed about how playing a champ a different way than the normal way isn't a reason to downvote so I won't flame again lol :)

I can't say I'm good with Gangplank, but I don't see anything grossly wrong with this guide.
No offense, the pirate language gets a bit annoying after a while lol.
Regardless, you set up your guide well and explain each step.
Your items are fine.
I think a matchups guide would help out, considering how Top Lane is so greatly affected by matchups.
Also, splitting up the early/mid/late game might help.
This is a good start. I think I'll +1 it for now! :)

just an overview, needs work, and a bit more detail, but not too shabby. i'd recommend adding a sunfire cape in there somewhere, as it is fun with gangplank in general.

1. I can live with that (Banana's are still better though) :P
2. Gangplank isn't CC immune, once his W is on CD, he can be CC'd again
3. Aye, you could take instead, but this is for sustain, so is not an option. and are pretty equal with strength atm I think (You are an AA champ anyway, so BotRK is useful :P)
4. Sheen is a strong item indeed for Gangplank, but not because of the mana issues, but because of the proc. There are more ways to solve this mana issue, I solved it with .
Sheen is still a strong pick for GP nevertheless, and I want to include it somewhere in my guide, but I am not sure with what item to replace this with :P, I will keep looking.
