Still, like mentioned before by my dear friend Wheew, you miss certain defense.
Just resistance isn't enough.
I would at least get some sustain with Hextech or Guinsoo's, because sustain can really save your life multiple times.
Now we looked at your build, let's discuss the guide itself:
It's good and all that you calculate what's so awesome about your build, but not everyone is interested in that.

this isn't a guide. there is no content. it's just a build with math to expose the guide community to new S3 itemization options. All of the guides I make I ensure are detailed, filled out, blah blah blah but this wasn't meant to be that. just some number crunching and a place to discuss them. thanks for looking out for community members by giving out the advice though
The reason this doesn't work is because after like 5 muramana procs you have lost 15% of your mana = 15% less dmg from muramana. also you calculated the burst like you have full mana when casting them all (i think) this is obv not true.
After using Ult you will have lost over 2% of your muramana dmg already.
Resistances are bad in s3, you build little hp so you are still squishy as hell.
This just doesn't work, you can't push without activiting muramana and when you do activate it you will be oom after 33 auto's (when you would have 0 mana reg so it will be likeeee 40 auto's)
when you talk about pushing you have to talk about relative time frames.
iceborn gauntlet procs an aoe damage, you have plenty of mana to spam mystic shot, and you have over 200 AD without muramana's toggle on. This build does not have any problems pushing a lane.
obviously when we are talking about "pushing lanes" though we are talking about laning phase during which this build provides the same AD / damage to minions as a regular AD ezreal build. you're still running AD marks / quints, ad masteries, etc. manamune is cheaper than bloodthirster and gives you the mana to spam Q to farm easily and keep your lane centered / pushed.
you aren't supposed to leave muramana toggled on 24/7. it's a toggle. leave it off unless you're poking enemies with Q or someone initiates a team fight. Ezreal has low mana costs on his abilities and the build gives you over 4000 mana. calculations at 3000 mana result in slight differences in numbers but not significant drops in overall damage.
sheen should come before negatron, otherwise your early game will be extremely weak. Your full build has way to many defensive items, consider taking out bveil and archangel for maybe tri-force and something else.
runic affinity is much better than 60 mana @lvl18
tforce and gauntlet dont stack
also, tears gives you the mana sustain to spam Q harass and farm just fine. your overall lane control is strong and negatron is important to make sure they don't get tired of your harass and all-in you. if it is an AD mid then you should get chain vest
runic affinity increases the duration of blue buff on you by 30 seconds. mana results in more ap, ad, and damage from muramana procs. i agree that the 1 point could be used elsewhere but i'd take spell vamp / improved recall over 30 second longer blue buff.

Well, here's my thoughts. Why even
It's not about getting Muramana to satisfy mana costs. Ezreal has low mana costs. It's about the ridiculous DAMAGE Muramana's toggle on-hit provides while allowing you to build defensively without sacrificing offense.
