errrrr 's cooldown is not reduced with each point put into it...that kind of mistake is just unacceptable in a guide that is supposed to teach people things. If you teach them false information it reflects poorly on yourself and on them in the future as they will assume that you are correct in your facts.

Too much wrong with this guide.

For starters, E should not be "balanced-skilled" with W, W and Q are far more superior and E should be maxed last.

Then:
1. The chapter order is kind of messed up, putting pros and cons as a final chapter :O
2. The runes and masteries might be standard, but you need to explain them nevertheless.
3. You talk about alternatives in your item section, but do not explain them.
4. You do not explain your abilities
5. There is more, but just start with this.

Soooo much to improve, you have got a lot of work to do if you want to make this right.

I wish you a lot of luck, I am afraid you will need it :P
