No, his w switches with a very small amount of damage over an area and either speeding up or slowing other champs. Unlike Jayce or Nidalee though, his cooldowns are passed on between forms. The ult is sorta like Nunu's, but it does an auto-switch.

Thanks man. I always wondered how come the yin-yang thing hasn't really been done yet.

Its kind of Op. I like the idea, and the kit mashes really well together, I'm guessing he would fit as a Mid Apc, or an aggresive support.
His "shine" has a 2.5 blind, with 4 seconds cooldown without cdr. That means he could infinetly blind, and thats Op...
The armor reduction on "dark crush" however, is very low for very little time, even 20% for 2.5 seconds is very little.
Does R pull them in and then push them out the same distance? Are they suppressed for tje duration of the pull? Or is it a taunt like
Idol of Durand? And is the push like
Monsoon?
He will be one hell of a mid lane ganker. Two Aoe pulls, one fear and one blind. Op.

Mercer, Darkness in the Light
In the time shortly before the League, there were those within the sinister city-state of Noxus who did not agree with the evils perpetrated by the Noxian High Command. The High Command had just put down a coup attempt from the self-proclaimed Crown Prince Raschallion, and a crackdown on any form of dissent against the new government was underway. These political and social outcasts, known as the Gray Order, sought to leave their neighbors in peace as they pursued dark arcane knowledge. Amongst them were a couple and their young boy, Mercer LuDam.
As they ventured to the Voodoo lands, Mercer accidently wandered off on his own and got lost for several days. Scared, cold, and alone, the young boy had no idea how to survive or find his way back. The only comfort he found was in the light magic his mother had taught him, which only served as a candle in the darkness. Right when he thought he would starve, a huge magicked rodent crossed his path and decided to make him his prey. Mercer ran from and tried to fight the creature, but it was slowly dragging him down and wounding him. Just when the rat was about to kill him, Mercer found strength in his anger. He reached out with the magic but it formed different. It was not light, but dark, and it crushed down on the creature, turning it into a hard, blackened rock from pure compression. Mercer then heard the voices in the dark and followed them until they lead him into the arms of his worried parents and his new home. Since then, he has practiced both his light and dark magics, crushing his foes with darkness, and bringing slivers of hope to his allies with his light.
“Mercer’s a really sweet guy, but don’t make him angry. He might squish you.” Annie, the Dark Child.
