yeah, will benefit from runaan.
And yes, don't buid it on , it wont work because of how 's is coded.
because refreshes upon changing target and the 2 other bolt of runaan counts as on hit they nullify each other. Only your primary target will get the debuff.

hurricane is not a core in my opinion -BUT- it's a nice addition to your arsenal if you have on hit ability later in game. (ie. kogmaw's will deal 6% max HP dmg to 3 targets.) but since it doesn't give anything except AS it's definitely a "late game and i still have a space" item.

There are two ways to play Teemo, bruiser and AP. Hurricane doesn't fit into either build. DO NOT BUILD THIS ITEM ON ANYONE EVER.

^ yup. not a great item for the cost. definitely not a core item...**** not a core item for anyone...I mean teemo is really the only person I feel like hurricane is any good on...maybe twitch...but in either case NOT a core item.
