Mastery and runes are decent, I think. I would use them. It might even be a 你的好的地方.
I think the skill sequence is pretty good, just I'd rather not take W at Lvl 8 and take E instead.

Sorry man, but there is soo much that is missing/done incorrectly.
Though your build seems fine and so does your cheatsheet, the guide can improve in so many ways.

WotA is still a great item on Vlad, don't get me wrong. But it provides you with no real defenses. By getting Spirit Visage instead, you still get a 20% boost to the healing you do with Transfusion, plus with the 20% cooldown reduction, you are able to cast Transfusion more often. This means you may not get quite as much health back than what you would with WotA per cast, you will be able to get some back more often thanks to the CDR. The MR on Spirit Visage means you will not be taking as much magic damage (so no need to heal as much) and you should usually not need to purchase any other MR items on top of Spirit Visage, except when facing heavy AP caster teams.

And, yeah, dunno what happened with the runes -_- fixed that problem now.

+1 but there are two problems I have with this guide otherwise I like it. First off, you say deathcap is now less relevant, and im not saying you should replace it with a rabas but not only can the deathcap have just as much as a liandrys but it has 70 more ap as well with its passive which is better than Liandry's. also WotA is more of a core item then a final item becuz its amazing with your heal In the q and your abilities cost health which it makes up. but other than that I love it its a great build. :)
