Overal, your guide is okay, but there are so many sloppy mistakes, which is a waste.
Still, you used a decent build and a good structure.
Fix your content with the tactics section (which is far too low) and fix the other sins.
It will help you a lot

First of all Armor nuke doesnt scale with level, it stay 30% at all ranks.

I like my runes how they are, perfectly fine for every game I play, full armor pen red's dont make up for the early game last hitting.

First of all I probably played more Wukong games then games with any other champs, Maxing E first Is alot better then maxing Q, I dont ened the damage from the Q, Its just the armor drop thats usefull in my eyes(also the range is nice as well), but its not nearly as good your E, it can hit up to 3 enemies and gives a great attack speed stereoid.

Honestly maxing Q is now better than maxing E. Thanks to the improved range on the Q it allows for better harass from afar making you less vulnerable to retaliation. The guide itself is out of order and some sections like the teamfight have no info in them. Work definitely needs to be done.

You honestly do not know what you are talking about either. should be maxed last at all times. and cannot be skipped on getting maxed.

Yea Q does scale but waaaaaay less than E, maxing E first gives you more potential. Still the guide is pretty bad.
