Hi there. Your idea sounds really nice. My only concern with this build is that you won't be able to do enough damage to be effective. You are spending money on AS/AP items when you just be going full AP items. I'm afraid that getting that attack speed will hinder your damage output. It's a good idea, but you may want to look into how much AP you have with this build and with a full AP build. Then determine if the AS is worth taking away some of that AP. It may be worth it, it may not. The good thing about this build it that you'll be proccing Lich Bane more often which will be nice. Another thing you need to account for in your build is Zhonya's Hourglass. Your building tf as a AS/AP hybrid which is keeping him very squishy. By getting malady and lich bane and rabadons before zhonyas, you are really delaying your effectiveness and survivability in those mid game teamfights. I would probably get zhonyas before rabadons instead of after. Also, instead of getting liandrys of banshees veil as your last item, you could keep with your glass cannon AS/AP and get another AS item like nashor's tooth or even wit's end for mr. This way, you'll be able to keep up with your AP and AS up, however you will remain pretty squishy so that zhonyas timing will be what makes or breaks you. So I really think this is a good idea, but if you want to take it further, look into how you'll be able to compete with this build against other full-on AP laners and figure out if this is more effective than just going full-out AP. Keep working on the guide, and the coding, and the build; I can see this build going far, I can see this guide going far, just keep up the good work. I am not even going to look at any part of the guide (although I saw a Malady, gross) because I have been lied to. Your title states APC and ADC TF but uh where is the ADC part???? I am calling shenanigans.
