Kha'Zix has a negative win ratio at every Elo, I fail to see how he's "broken".
In fact, every AD assassin with the exception of Talon has a negative win ratio at all Elos on a constant basis, apart from Pantheon who's positive in platinum, but negative everywhere else.

i havnt seen anything about a rengar rework, and i highly doubt they would rework him before they reworked say hiemer or viktor, hiemer because they said thats probably whats going to happen next after the freljord patch and cuz in a leaked video of a possible new map there was hiemer being used with 3 turrets that had different particles
also kha isnt broken, he has high mana costs on W and you can counter play him unlike some other things in this game
