Just skimmed over this guide so aside from the advice already given all I can really say is that twitch isn't weak early game, he's delicate but offers one of the stronger level 1 to 3 damage outputs of all the other adc's. But yeah, he is still easy for thresh.

I don't think fist is good on thresh at all though. You have too long CDs to make use of it more than once in a team fight, and it can be replaced with other items. You also have some other items that aren't good, and you should always at least start with a pink ward. Early vision control is very strong.

Decent guide, but why no ignite on thresh? It really supplements his early game aggression
