Jungle Udyr: Phoenix or Tiger

Tiger Udyr is usually picked because he deals a bit more damage on single targets so his ganks are a little deadlier. Also, if you get fed and build a good amount of AD, you can start being really really dangerous. However, if you are behind or if you are forced to build tanky, Phoenix woulda gave you more damage.
