And as for twitch i actually had only one game vs him and i wrote as i thought.

24 hrs deadline.
I don't think fist is good on thresh at all though. You have too long CDs to make use of it more than once in a team fight, and it can be replaced with other items. You also have some other items that aren't good, and you should always at least start with a pink ward. Early vision control is very strong.
