I think nuff has been said.
Anivia's scaling isn't good enough to justify a Rabadon's. It's much better to get more mpen on Anivia (Liandry's is a super strong item on her). Skill order seems fine. I think Tanky anivia should run 21/9/0 instead of 21/0/9.

Srsly, Liandry's is overrated because any cc interrupts your ultimate, making it hard to channel for long duration. Also, you will be using it more to proc your E - As an anivia main myself I can tell you that Rabadons is definitely a great item and that liandry's is overrated, even though it is good. Usually I go for void staff myself.
Actually, the whole guide is coded (Use of different headings, h1/h2), paragraphs and icons.
The guide itself is not plain bad, but just far from good. I think you have sufficient knowledge of Anivia, but your individual skill might be lacking and you don't really know how to format a guide
