Problems:
STARTING ITEMS #2 notes. "Buy these IF they have a jungler" Complete givaway you are not level 30 and I didn't even need to scroll. In 30+ matches they WILL have a jungler.
Bad masteries. Go 21/9/0 or 21/0/9 not 21/7/2.
"I've played League of Legends since the Zack release" you really need to wait till level 30 to write a guide.
"I've been a whole week playing with her" You will need a lot more experience with a champion than that to write a guide.

I had exactly the same problem as this with my first guides. I thought I knew enough to write one when I really didn't. Wait until you are at least level 30 before you write a guide.

Destruction and Butcher instead of Havoc is a massive oversight. Perseverance instead of Durablity is similarly a bad call. You build Annie like a roamer, but don't talk about roaming at all, which is an issue. In general, your item choices are all fairly dubious. WotA and Gunblade are both bad on Annie. If you want spellvamp, get Spectral Wraith instead. I'm witholding rating until you fix some of these things.
