Soraka talk

[/quote] Even very good players using champions that can use up their mana pretty quickly like MF will occasionally have mana problems. And if you aren't having mana problems, it's because you aren't using things like double up every time it gets off cooldown, and soraka can let you use spells like that much more often, and that can be a huge advantage in lane[/quote]
