I do agree with GMD that Oracle's makes it too hard for a losing team to retain vision, and since it's other main function is simply to counter stealth champions, perhaps make it cheaper and make it only function to reveal stealthed champions, but not wards?

The Lightbringer should have been added to SR somehow. I never enjoyed elixir since it was usually a big investment that you can hardly take when behind. Even if you get it, since you are behing, you'll be taking a very big risk clearing vision while having none.

one of the upsides of op's idea is that there would be no more adcs who are like "lol i'm not support i will not buy a single ward the whole game."
other than that, i agree with GMD that oracles elixier is op. i think that if one team wants to counterward, then they should make the efford to buy vision wards and place them where the enemy might have placed a ward. this would require some knowledge about th game(and luck) and would not make it possible to remove pretty much every ward of the enemy team.
oracles elixier should cost like 200-300 gold now and detect only stealthened enemys and traps imo.

oracle is kinda OP. imagine getting it and quickly clearing up 4 enemy wards then boom 100 gold was not only refunded but you also removed enemy vision. it could also profit support if they know where the enemy wards, easy money, free oracle and free wards.

oracle is 400 gold. or do you mean a vision ward, which cost 125 gold(you won't remove 4 wards with one though)?

yeah that is what i said. with oracle you have a chance of clearing 4 wards and having a refund of 100 gold which is equivalent to 4 wards. it would clearly not give you back the 400 cost but technically you get that back already just by destroying enemy wards and removing their vision of the map altogether.
