Any toughts on this, i was vs ad nidalee and starting cloth 5 with 20% lifesteal is pretty nice :)

They are good but I run Movement speed in most matchups because they are overall stronger. Life Steal Quints are strong against very high-harass matchups such as Jayce and Nidalee.

He means since the release of LS quints.

Pretty sure he hasn't though. I think it was more recently that he switched to LS. I remember reading something like that on his guide.

The LS-Quints are there since S2 or something, where he changed his build away from Aegis of the Legion to CDR.
