Honestly, just grow a thick skin and don't let these guys and their immature behavior get to you. If it's any consolation, there are trolls in every ranked tier, some of them just happen to be good at the game, so you're not alone in experiencing this.

lol i once trash talked my losing team (both top and bot has only the inhib turret and the mid was completely destroyed plus 1 nexus turret was also gone and we only penetrated their mid up to the 2nd tower) and amazingly won XDDD
But to be honest some players are just better late game and so the moral is don't trash talk ^^ ahahahaa i sometimes do trash talk but i am not that toxic like "don't play lol noob" or "report this a-hole noob" but much in a sarcastic way like "wew.... pls try to evade (insert skillshot)" or "you know that (insert enemy skill) is not a buff right?" ahahaha you get the idea ^^

I usually just tell them to STFU and play. If they continue to flame, I ignore and report. Usually requires a nice cold beer to be effective.

In general this is such a typical thought process and its really stupid. Here's an amzing fact, you're going to lose games. *But recnib, I'm so much better than all my teams it's clearly their fault*, Yeah, because anyone who doesn't do amazing or has a bad game is a noob who deserves to be reported.
