You don't use all your starting gold, which is a bad idea (as far as I can count, I may have made a mistake). SotEL isn't that great on Akali, certainly not rush worthy. Reinforced Armor isn't really a good mastery, maybe put it elsewhere. The guide is a little short and could use more coding and pictures. But it's a fine start. If you'd like, I could fix the grammer mistakes that you have.
