This build is just what i use while playing Ezreal so i wanted to share with others.As i wrote in introduction part, i hate those guides which contains lots of builds inside so i tried to make this as basic as i can.I dont prefer Zephyr on Ezreal because it gives attack speed but Ezreal doesn't need it(I never say it's useless). So i didn't put it in my build.

i like your build, used it long before this guide and this "blue" ezreal which i prefer to call just ad caster ez. but maybe u could still go through some more situational items for this build like zephyr. but what comes to the masteries and a bit on runes i don't like that much. good build overall ;)
