Guinsoo's Rage Blade in a real build? Do my eyes deceive me? Especially on a champ that doesn't either A) Build Attack Speed or B) Have Range?
Legendary Armor is an awful mastery. Take Juggernaut instead.
It's fine to tell people that this guide isn't suitable for ranked play and is a personal preference for item build, but that doesn't mean you can just write whatever you want and expect no criticism.
Eve's early ganks can be really scary, especially for top laners or pushed bot laners. Farming until level 6 is a poor decision.
Might want to source that quote at the bottom there (hint, it starts with a S, and ends with a ky)

I actually forgot to cite Sky on that quote, my bad. Aside from that I'm totally open up to criticism and you make a lot of valid points. I figured the runes were awkward but it was the only thing I had available to me at the time so I didn't get a chance to experiment with penetration and such. I didn't want to post a rune set that I hadn't tested. I'll probably take SekkerofJustice's advice and rework the rune set.
As for the attack speed on Eve, I feel that it compliments Ravage quite nicely and most people aren't expecting you to be dishing out AD which led to a lot of people stacking MR but still getting destroyed. I personally find Eve's early game ganks to be weak as well which is why I try to avoid them if at all possible. Her lack of cc makes securing kills an issue if your lane part lacks slows or stuns as well. Although I usually pick up a kill before six, I tend to stay away from early ganks because I might end up handing first blood over to the enemy. Anyways, thanks for the advice and I'll try to adjust the build accordingly.
