Everything is possible. At least i heard twice.

you can build both muramana and seraphs embrace if you stack a tear, buy seraphs embrace, then stack annother tear and buy muramana(you can also get muramana first obviously, but i would not recommend it) doing this is better than building frozen fist.

also i prefer abbysal scepter over banshees veil, but that is personal preference (aka i did not do the math, but usually i find the mr of abbysal to be enough and i don't like the banshee'S veil passive. also the mr redction is perfect for ryze)

your starting items are also bad. one healpot is by far not enough. i like to get faery charm, 5 healthpotions, one mana potion and a teemo ward.

-1 for no coding, bad runes(ryze is a lategame champ, why on earth would you get flat mana runes?), and the other stuff Absolute.0 said.

Yea His can cast consistently.So if he can live long ,maybe he will be super？

He can be tanky because there are items that benefits him by providing both mana and defense stats like Banshee's Veil and Frozen Heart, also Rod of Ages gives huge HP, AP and Mana.

Seraph's Embrace active also helps and yeah, Iceborn Gauntlet.

Ryze can be a tank? Firstly I heard.But the items are something new here.

I don't agree with the comments in my previous thread.Rather than adding little armor or MRES,having an outstanding output is the important.So I think the all Mana rune choice is OK.

1. Items are OK imo...

2. I don't like your full mana rune choice. True it gives you insane amount of damage early game but this set-up neglects defense, no armor, no MRes and you're a melee champ who's easily reach by enemy when you throw that 1st Overload.

3. 2 Rune Chapters, and the 1st is explaining Summoner's Spell.

4. Something's wrong with mastery too. Remove those Havoc points and put it in Runic Affinity and Nimble . It's gonna serve you better than 1.33% increase damage.
