With this, Blue buff last longer. Blue buff is awesome on Karma as it give her cooldown reduction, and lot of mana regeneration.

Might wanna fix that :p.

Not necessarily. The cool down and duration got nerfed too hard last time, making its window of opportunity very short. Also, it's fairly impractical since you have to type in order to ask for a CV.
