you only need a paysafecard
:
1.open league
2. click throgh until you come to the screen where you get to choose the paying option
3. enter the number of your paysafe card
4.go get your riot points

Udyr's one of the few champions with enough to change to be worthy of an ultimate skin. Are we gonna do ultimate skin Caitlyn because she's popular? she doesnt have much to change and there isnt much to really do with her character. Udyr however is actually very rich in design and thematics.

If you can turn Ezreal into pulsefire you can pretty much do that to any champ to be honest.

They've also had the Udyr skin in mind for awhile, since like back when he was popular. People are only complaining if they dont like/play udyr. Same thing probably went for Ezreal.

Edit: False just be happy morello confirmed dragon master swain. :p
