Looks pretty nice, only a long lastig discussion is whether to max your w or q first, I personally do my Q, since Kat is realy weak early game (specially since her ult got nerfed early and buffed for late game), you have to farm/harass with your q most of the times, and just time your w really good to get some last hits. Maxed your W first will allow for easier last hitting on very short range, but you will loose your hasr*** potential/last hitting with your Q.
You are right, but it depends on how you harass. It depends on the lane opponent too, but if you can do your normal combo, you should max Sinister Steel first. I max

These two items are in the top 10 items for Katarina in my opinion. Although i dont always build these items i still consider them in every game. Besides that though your guide looks amazing! :D

You are right. They are good but I would say as standalone items, they aren't as favourable. Only if you plan to build them both.

Overall a very good cheatsheet. Though I feel that you are lacking some things. For example you could add some explanations and I feel likt there are options missing for facing an ad mid. You can do that by adding a second build or more purchase orders.
Content 8/10
You are explaining the most important things in your guide and you even discuss matchups. Thought I feel like you could expand the items section. You are explaining the different items but not your purchase order. I think someone really new will have no idea in what order to build all these items.
Coding/Appearance 10/10
Your coding is really great. Your guide is very easy to read and I really like the Ratings of the items and matchups at the right as well as the summary template at the beginning.

To give critic however.
- No
- I find lack of starting options & clear explanation over them , like you could make note above it. People will blindly follow it and dunno what to do with the wards.
- You are ****ed if you face AD mid.

I didn't really expect to find such an in-depth guide. Pretty colors aside, it does have a lot of content. I personally think that Armor Seals are superior (especially if you wish to poke with W, that's how I used to play
