Runes:
CDR/LVL are simply useless early game. .5544% at level 1? 3.3264% at lvl 6? even at lvl 18 that's still just a bit short 10% CDR. Besides,
MS runes... This I guess is by personal preference but IMO

Not sure about your end calculation, will come back later and check. (Though I doubt you can deal that much in 3 sec.)
1: The crit runes actually DO do more damage than the same amount of plain attack damage runes. The damage runes, when added up, deal 113.4 damage extra over 9 hits. Assuming that there is one crit every 9 hits, the crit runes give me an extra 182.4 damage. And sometimes more.
2: Yes the CDR is useless early game, but the idea is that early game you do not need it as much. The CDR is mostly for using your ult, and early game there are far fewer team fights. Late game, coupled with the items i suggest, i had 39.9 CDR, which gives you your ult far more often- reduced the cooldown to 54 seconds- (which is good, because there are more likely to be more teamfights). Though i see how she would be able to do without.
3: The quintessences are because this build i suggest does NOT have boots- the speed masteries and these quintessences mean that evelynn can get away with only buying a Phantom dancer. Puts her speed at 389, which is average for many heros with boots (and she has her 'w' on top of that). Instead of boots, the build i suggest gives her another damage item.
4: See above for boots. And it was my first guide- still working on format. The build is actually supposed to be 'first 5 items, and then one of the last two, depending on how the game has been going up to that point'. Which items do not work together?
5: The ult was a goof on my part- you should obviously take ult whenever you can. As for the abilities, my theory (and how i play evelynn) is kinda hybrid-y. Autoattacks (with phantom and nashors tooth) do quote a bit of damage, so i advance the attack speed an 'q' at the same time, because the quick attacks get me in phantoms faster, and the ravage does more damage than hate spikes even in an all-ap build.
6: The masteries were almost entirely for the speed boost, since the build does not use boots.
7: for the damage calculation... i'll edit the guide and explain how i got that number.
8: er. i know in other guides there are images of the item/the name of the item alongside the txt in the guide, but when i triedi got those large, clunky images. how would i fix that?
